I would truly love to review Flavio's. The problem is, I want to bring family and friends and they won't take a reservation for 8 or 10 people. The excuse I've been given is that they don't have enough help. Maybe take two less reservations for 4. It was always one of my favorite restaurants in the Valley. I'll continue to try to get a reservation for 8-10 people and maybe at some point we can get in. View all feedback.

Reservation ONLY, due to staffing so call ahead. All things considered the whole dining process was a little over a hour and as much as the atmosphere was relaxing and service commendable the experience in total was a bit disappointing mainly due to the food and you can't judge 1 thing 1 time but outside the bread nothing really impressed me here.
Very good food, and great service!Don't be in a big hurry, they are short staffed like the rest of the world.The food is worth the wait!
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! But we got lucky when we stopped because we didn't know. We will definitely be back WITH RESERVATIONS. The food was amazing! And the people ever so nice. It was a perfect local find!
Owner is very rude and made us feel uncomfortable immediately when we walked through the door.
I have to say the old woman/owner at the bar is actually one of the most obnoxious human beings i have ever dealt with. If you walk into this place and you are under 60 everyone including the staff will look at you in horror because they are so old and confused they think they are at the old folks home and wonder how their grandkids got there. Before you say anything the owner will start cutting you off saying reservation only reservation only. They are listed on uber but if you order on uber you won't get your food they don't even know how they got on uber when they had to sign up. Genuinely one of the most unpleasant stops in my time ubering. They say limited staff is the reason and it is very clear why the staff is so limited.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT TO MEits your business, you call uber if you can't be bothered to make any effort to fix the confusion yourself then you don't care enough about your business for anyone else to.

Seems no matter what time of the day afternoon or evening) you call the lady that answers seems rushed and uncaring whether or not you make your reservation. Always says when I call and this has been 6 times already since beginning of 2020) they are very busy and short handed! SERIOUSLY??? Food is good, service good, but the lady who owns it and takes your reservation needs some phone manners and quit saying they are busy and short handed! What a turn off! UGGGHHHH
4/10/2019-WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE NOT BAD FOOD HAD NO TASTE AND THE PRICES WERE OUTRAGES THE CHICKEN MARSALA WAS SO FLAT AND TASTELESS DID NOT FINISH THE FOOD THE SPAGETTI SAUCE WAS VERY VERY THIN AND NO TASTE. NOT GOING BACK
The food at this restaurant is outstanding. However, the owner, who runs the bar alongside her husband (the chef), displays a rather rude demeanor towards customers who are not part of her close circle of friends that typically sit at the bar. Frequently, other patrons are unable to enjoy a drink at the bar, as she sets up placemats at all the seats to reserve them for her friends. This is not the way a five-star restaurant should manage its bar area. It’s clear that she doesn’t want to be there, and her attitude towards customers—and reportedly towards her waitstaff as well—reflects this. She would benefit from hiring a friendly and personable bartender and stepping back from the bar duties herself.
