The future is here. Cashier is always super friendly and upbeat, which is a departure from what I usually do from fast food places. The food is good and the restaurant is clean. This is my trip to Taco Bell.

HOWEVER, my potato soak Taco was the freshest I ever had!! The setup is different because there are no people to take your order, just kiosk machines. But it was easy to navigate and waiting was about 10 minutes. It was worth this visit!

Every time i use the drive through their system is down and... read more Every single time i come into this location i wait 45 minutes minimum for 2 plain tacos and 1 nacho. Every time i use the drive through their system is down and they make me come inside to order. My last visit was pure ridiculous, i ordered a baha blast freeze and i literally watched 1 lady make it, pour it out and walk off to the back of the kitchen and just left me standing there and ignored me for 10 minutes before a different employee asked me if i was waiting for a drink. When i told her what i ordered she told me the machine was broken. I took my refund and left and i WILL NOT be returning to thos location EVER again.

I was placing an order for my c... read more This is my first time going to this location just to pick up food for me an a few coworkers . It was the worst experience I had. I was placing an order for my coworkers and they messed up the order not only did they mess it up but when I spoke to them about it when coming back into the store the lady just took the bag for me and threw it in the garbage without letting me explain to her that these orders had specific customizations based on severe allergies to some items. I tried to explain that I could re write the order on the touch pad but no one listened to me just kept apologizing. they rushed me out as quick as possible with a bag an that was it. When I got back to my job I had to explain what happened since I only had 40 mins of a break to go do this! It was a complete mess an just very dissatisfied with the way it was handled. Most likely won’t come back to this location.They also don’t have a phone set since my coworker tried to call about the issue who has the allergy.
