Feedback
The reviews for this restaurant were mixed, with some customers expressing disappointment in the declining quality of the food and portion sizes. Complaints ranged from missing items in orders to overcooked food. However, there were positive reviews as well, with some customers praising the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendly staff. Overall, there were concerns about consistency and food quality, but there were also loyal customers who enjoyed the food and service provided.
I stopped by the drive-thru today to place an order, but when I got home, I noticed that the bag had a hole in it. My passenger seat and my hat ended up soaked with the liquid that leaked out. I've always had a good experience here, but this issue has left me disappointed. I think this will be the last time I visit.
I really enjoy Panda Express, but the location in Apex, NC falls short of expectations. Every time we place an order, they seem to be out of half the menu, and it's always the items that we want. They really need to address their supply chain issues to improve the customer experience. Additionally, the service is often slow and not up to par. If you're looking to save time and money, it’s better to drive to the Raleigh, NC location for Panda Express.
As someone familiar with Panda Express nationwide, I can confidently say that this location lives up to the standards of its West Coast counterparts. The food was quite good, and the restaurant was clean, though it lacked a bit of atmosphere. I appreciated that they took no unnecessary precautions regarding COVID, which I found thoughtful; it shows they care about their customers' comfort and well-being. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because one of our fortune cookies was empty, leaving us uncertain about what the future holds for the next week!
As a fan of Panda Express across the country, I can confidently say that this location meets the standards of those on the West Coast. The food was quite good, and the restaurant was clean, though it could use a bit more atmosphere. They weren't offering samples due to COVID, which I appreciated for its thoughtfulness. This location clearly cares about its community and their well-being. However, I have to give it 1 star off because one of our fortune cookies was empty, leaving us in suspense about what to expect in the coming week.
This is a first for me; I don't believe I've ever given a one-star review before. However, after visiting this restaurant twice a week, I've consistently been let down. Each time I've placed an order, there has either been a missing item or the portions have been incredibly small. Today, however, it was both. I ordered a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and Kung Pao chicken, and while I received the fried rice and Kung Pao, the orange chicken was completely missing. I can't even claim they accidentally gave me two sides of Kung Pao, as there wasn't even a full portion of it. Additionally, I ordered a larger plate that included all the sides I wanted, but once again, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-thru. Lesson learned: always verify your order before you leave. This has been a recurring issue at this location. Moreover, they frequently run out of certain dishes, so don't get your hopes up for anything specific. I've attached a picture. While the food may have shifted to one side, it's clear that there isn't enough Kung Pao, and where is the orange chicken?
