As a fan of Panda Express across the country, I can confidently say that this location meets the standards of those on the West Coast. The food was quite good, and the restaurant was clean, though it could use a bit more atmosphere. They weren't offering samples due to COVID, which I appreciated for its thoughtfulness. This location clearly cares about its community and their well-being. However, I have to give it 1 star off because one of our fortune cookies was empty, leaving us in suspense about what to expect in the coming week.

This is a first for me; I don't believe I've ever given a one-star review before. However, after visiting this restaurant twice a week, I've consistently been let down. Each time I've placed an order, there has either been a missing item or the portions have been incredibly small. Today, however, it was both. I ordered a plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and Kung Pao chicken, and while I received the fried rice and Kung Pao, the orange chicken was completely missing. I can't even claim they accidentally gave me two sides of Kung Pao, as there wasn't even a full portion of it. Additionally, I ordered a larger plate that included all the sides I wanted, but once again, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-thru. Lesson learned: always verify your order before you leave. This has been a recurring issue at this location. Moreover, they frequently run out of certain dishes, so don't get your hopes up for anything specific. I've attached a picture. While the food may have shifted to one side, it's clear that there isn't enough Kung Pao, and where is the orange chicken?

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:11 PM, but the lobby doors were locked despite a closing time of 9 PM. I could see at least five staff members inside, yet I was informed that only the drive-thru was open. When I went to the drive-thru, I was told they were out of rice, wontons, and several other items. Eventually, I managed to order something, and the only reason I'm giving this place two stars is that the food was actually good. However, it's frustrating to almost close two hours early. I also wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands.

Let me just start with wow... Worst Panda Express I have ever been to staff were rude, no food available and they poured food into the takeout boxes with lost of liquid which made a massive mess. Noodles were overcooked and broccoli beef was old and morelike broccoli soup. I only snapped a photo of my ?big plate? because well had to take care of the rest of the mess. I think itwas a good experience to keep me from craving panda for a while so thanks to that.

It used to be good but they have lost their quality. Me and my wife loved eating here, we even had the catering platters for a party. The chow mein was one of the best items and now it's 70% cabbage. I got 3 orders yesterday with a family feast. I am verydisappointed and feel kinda cheated. I understand that the economy is down, but Instead of adding more cabbage, keep it the sameand raise the price. Last time I was there the honey walnut shrimp (which costs extra) was mostly burned. Since I did drivethrough both times, because the dining room was closed, I didn't see the product prior to getting home. I spend about $55 to$60 on family orders each time, but we have decided it is no longer worth the money.
