On one hand it felt like I got more for my money but on the other hand it was not the Arby's experience and did not taste the same. Service was also slow. Lobby was neat but floors need to be scrubbed.

If they're out of small cups, they make you order a medium. The manager is rude and they screw up and miss things and the door is locked so you have to wait 20 minutes again in the drive thru to get the entire order! This was during the day!
