I was really disappointed with the new Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It did not look anything like the advertisement and was mostly bread with no peppers. It felt like a rip-off.
The place was clean, the people were nice as they welcomed me to Arby’s when I came in. I could see very few staff but they were working hard to get the orders out. The food was good. Let’s face it, there are so many places short handed because people don’t want to work. I appreciate them being opened and working hard to serve the public.
The roast beef was cut very thick. On one hand it felt like I got more for my money but on the other hand it was not the Arby's experience and did not taste the same. Service was also slow. Lobby was neat but floors need to be scrubbed.
This place stinks. If they're out of small cups, they make you order a medium. The manager is rude and they screw up and miss things and the door is locked so you have to wait 20 minutes again in the drive thru to get the entire order! This was duringthe day!
Started with a very unmotivated order taker. Then the condiment station looked like a trash container, even after the same order taker came out to refill the paper cups. The ketchup was out. The Coke Zero dispenser pours water all over your hand. The curlyfries were undercooked and mushy. On the plus side, the star, the roast beef was good, and the restaurant was clean.
