I loved our evening here- the restaurant is stylish, beautifully laid out and simply decorated with good light. Some tables look out onto a very zen winter garden. The food was magnificent- every bite was made with love and contained exotic and unusual textures, colours and flavours. It was a real feast for the senses. What Kristofer Vassiljev doesn't like about Veranda:
Very young and fresh atmosphere inside, also informal for a restaurant of this price range. But food was not up to expectations, there was one only course that was truly enjoyable, the rest were weird and funky combinations (eg. witloof with bbq sauce and dried onions). While the service was quite good, we sat on a tiny café table that barely had room for the dishes. I was overall disappointed. View all feedback.
I saw the veranda crew in omnivore paris. they also visited omnivore san francisco. not only that they were present, they also cooked one.
Top restaurant with a fair pure kitchen, a cool interior, cool waiters. A stroke for the eye and the taste buds! Just one mint:
Good food, sweet desserts, nice service et j'ai bien aimé le vintage.
Finally open the porch! Enjoy that! Dinner was super hot! Davy Daan have a top team! A top address! See you next time!
