I didn't get my veg but an ex servi... read more Been here b4 and food was ex. This visit our party were not impressed. Steaks were very gristle, roast potatoe was bit hard. I didn't get my veg but an ex serving of veg was ordered so not sure if that was mine to. 1 dessert was ordered, came with wrong ice cream on it. The total cost for 4 meals, 1 share starter and 1 dessert and soft drinks was very expensive. This experience has put me off returning. Didn't want to cause a scene so didn't complain.

It is a very relaxed atmosphere so expect service to be a little slow.

I’m vegetarian and as I was not too enamoured with the menu for vegetarians the waitress was more than happy to let me alter one of their dishes.. The atmosphere at The Pheasant is very warm and welcoming.. Looking forward to my next visit
