Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered rude behavior from the employees at this establishment.

Chowmein is very dry and has no flavor, also beef and broccoli is very basic dish but they failed to make it right. I’ll still give it another try, hopefully it is just one of those off days!

Connecting with a staff me... read more The BOT ordering system is a complete disaster. It struggles to get orders correct and doesn't allow you to order a regular iced tea. Connecting with a staff member while placing an order is nearly impossible, and I can't call to speak with someone since no one is “available.” Their attempt to save on labor is driving away loyal customers. It's disappointing, especially since I'm diabetic and there are low-carb options I can't order.

The food often sits out for an unknown amount of time, though the law requires it to be no more than 30 minutes. This lack of accurate information is frustrating, and the employees unprofessionally argue about it. Honestly, it’s disappointing. My recommendation to the GM and District Manager: you need to get involved, retrain your staff, or consider bringing in a new team. Please give it another try!
