This lack of accurate information is frustrating, and the employees unprofessionally argue about it. Honestly, it’s disappointing. My recommendation to the GM and District Manager: you need to get involved, retrain your staff, or consider bringing in a new team. Please give it another try!

You place your order without any issues, then when you reach the window after paying, you're told your order will take 10 minutes and asked to pull around. After waiting 20 minutes, you go inside to pick up your food, only to find out they had your order the entire time and were serving it to other customers instead.

Just to note the only beef dish we did not get was the beef and broccoli. It had to much broccoli in it for my taste. But I do not know thenames of the beef dishes we had, sorry. The one chicken dish that stood out was the orange chicken. Many restaurants in Anna arenot good but this place had good fresh hot food. Thank you!!!
