The food was exceptional. If you're accustomed to the typical Chinese restaurants in the Detroit area, you'll be pleasantly surprised here. In addition to being a university establishment, they need to prepare dishes that will appeal to the Chinese student population. I noticed that most of the 30 or so diners were Chinese. This place is a beautiful hidden gem! They offer a fantastic selection of authentic Chinese dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, even during busy hours—they don’t overlook you in the rush. It’s all about enjoying great food here, no frills!
It simply doesn't get better than TK Wu! The talented chefs, friendly owners, attentive staff, generous portions, reasonable prices, and delightful flavors make it the best. Highly recommend!
Unbelievable. SO GOOD. I don’t like Chinese food and went with a Chinese food lover, and we were both shocked at how great it was. It felt authentic and clean, the service was fast, it was very reasonably priced (entrees around $12-$15). This restaurant was the highlight of visiting Ann Arbor. The food was delicious and all tasted homemade. The chicken was just crispy and the soup was flavorful but not too salty. We left full but not feeling the with the uncomfortable feeling that always follows unhealthy food.
Sesame beef was to die for. Absolutely an amazing lunch.
The best Chinese food I've ever had. Love going here throughout football season and whenever we are in Ann Arbor. The staff is always so nice and the food is fantastic. Don't miss out on this place when you are in the city!
