Nestled in Ann Arbor, this restaurant offers a mixed culinary experience. While the sushi and some vegetarian options are praised for their freshness and flavor, inconsistent quality, particularly with ramen, raises concerns. Customers appreciate the welcoming staff and vibrant atmosphere, though service times can be frustrating, with some diners noting long waits and mandatory tips for small parties. Prices are seen as slightly high, but many believe the flavorful dishes, especially the green curry and various rolls, make it worth a visit. Overall, it strikes a balance of good and mediocre, leaving diners with varied impressions.

the restaurant saica is incredible. my friend and I love to go here regularly, it is our favorite in the city. eating is delicious hot every time and always fast. the owners are very friendly and have even taught us how to properly say the Japanese names for objects. we order the same so often that they even remembered our names. highly recommended. What Anonym dislikes about Saica:
Sushi was decent and staff was nice. The place was clean. The ramen was NOT good. Bland, watery, little to no flavoring, a deep friend egg and some cut of pieces of deep fried chicken… Maybe just avoid the ramen all together. View all feedback.

I went to saica more often than I can count and their sushi roles are always so amazing! I recommend it to anyone I look for a fast and tasty sushi place. my favs are the crazy young and their spicy garnelentempura.
My favorite is sushi, so I'm constantly on and out of new places, but that was one of the best places in ann arbor I tried. friendly staff, good eating and the atmosphere is beautiful with many vegan options. it is one of the only places I found with really tasteful ramen that is vegan. it was my first time today with my friend and I have a feeling, we will return here religiously.
The food was delicious, but the curry rice was a bit too spicy for my wife's liking. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
