Saica - Ann Arbor
Saica
Description
Nestled in Ann Arbor, this restaurant offers a mixed culinary experience. While the sushi and some vegetarian options are praised for their freshness and flavor, inconsistent quality, particularly with ramen, raises concerns. Customers appreciate the welcoming staff and vibrant atmosphere, though service times can be frustrating, with some diners noting long waits and mandatory tips for small parties. Prices are seen as slightly high, but many believe the flavorful dishes, especially the green curry and various rolls, make it worth a visit. Overall, it strikes a balance of good and mediocre, leaving diners with varied impressions.

Amazing vegan roll options. They have an amazing shiitake tempura roll and a delicious tempura sweet potato roll. They are large and affordable and have the most delicious sauce on top!Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian rolls. A lot of their other dishes have fish in them but if you're craving sushi this is the place!
The food was delicious, but the curry rice was a bit too spicy for my wife's liking. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
I am a big fan of their green curry. It was the first dish I tried when I visited the restaurant, and I can't bring myself to order anything else because I always crave their green curry. I go there almost once a week.
The food was average, but we were disappointed by the forced 18% tip on our bill for a party of two. The service was subpar, as it took 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Despite being busy, tables seated after us were served before us. It also took another 20 minutes to receive the bill.
