Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive experiences with the food and service, Romano's Macaroni Grill in Canton, Michigan seems to have serious issues with organization and management. Customers reported long wait times, poor service, and cold food. The restaurant appeared to be severely understaffed, leading to frustration and disappointment for many diners. While some guests enjoyed their meals and received excellent service, the overall consensus was that this particular location fell short of expectations. The lack of coordination and subpar customer service left many patrons vowing never to return.
Just took a bit long to be taken care of and the lack of staff could be seen
Poorly managed restaurant. Long wait to be seated while tables were available, but not bussed. Poor use of resources as overworked hostess was also trying to bus tables
Very busy but we had reservation. Seated fairly quickly. Food arrived quickly. Restrooms dirty however
Horrible experience. Took over an hour after ordering our food to get to the table. The food was cold, our waitress was never in sight. I asked to speak to the manager who offered no solution...I at that point said it would be nice if you could compensate us in reference to our bill....he removed the only drink glass of wine. Horrible!!!. I will never return and will tell anyone I know not to go there
The place was packed. But the bread was fresh, the service was good, and the food was great! Overall, we were pleased with our dining experience
