What User doesn't like about Jet's Pizza:
My pizza, which had no substitutions, was overcooked and reheated before it was handed to me. Some parts were too crispy while others were soggy. This meant my pizza had been sitting for 35 minutes before being reheated. Overall, it was the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I would rate it a 0 out of 10. View all feedback.
Reliably good Detroit-style pizza, and they also make one of the best NY-style pies in the area. Great wings, too.
I received my order and it was like warm and 2 pieces of meat on each slice
Legit one of the worst online experiences ever. Called twice to be told he'll be here any minute over the span of 30 minutes. My order was placed at 5pm. It's now 6:30pm and I have not received my order. I even tipped ahead of time so they knew I wouldn't cheap put. Never again
An hour and a half for a delivered pizza. I live 5 minutes away. I ordered at 5 pm.
Being from Chicago, we wanted to try Jet's. We ordered two 4-piece pizzas. We were underwhelmed, they were overcooked and hard. Maybe delivery had something to do with it but it shouldn't have.
