What Icie Dare doesn't like about Burger King:
The cashier was so preoccupied trying to upsell me that he didn't pay attention to my order. My sandwich didn't come with cheese, and he rang the meal size incorrectly. There was too much ice in my drink too; it was two inches above the fill line. Coincidentally refills aren't offered either. View all feedback.
Arriving late at night and feeling hungry after not eating all day, we noticed that Burger King was open. We decided to stop in, but were disappointed to find out that they only accepted orders through mobile ordering. It was frustrating to see that they had a drive-thru but didn't offer traditional in-person ordering. The service rating for our experience was a 1 out of 5.
I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed because the staff member on the loudspeaker informed me that I could not place my order using the mobile app for my party. It's no surprise that there weren't many customers there. I won't be coming back anytime soon!
The restaurant offers mobile ordering and everything was great - fresh and fast. Unfortunately, the doors were closed, so I was unable to go inside and use the restroom.

Got the wrong meal then the drive thru work r thought it was a good idea to argue and tell me I did not order what I knew I ordered. I have never ordered a burrito in my life from them. The manager corrected the mistake but the worker was very rude loud and argumentative.
