We took a seat at the bar and waited through four songs, but the bartender completely ignored us. It seemed like our business wasn’t appreciated, so we decided to take our money elsewhere. Just to note, both my wife and I are managers in the service industry, and we’re known to drink a lot and tip generously.

The atmosphere was nice, but it was quite loud, making it difficult for us to have a proper conversation. We asked our server if she could politely request the noisy table to lower their voices, but she said she couldn’t. I understand that The Clipper gets really busy on Taco Tuesdays, which is perfectly fine, but I believe customers should be respectful of others, and servers should feel empowered to ask patrons to lower their volume if they’re being disruptive.
