Was very disappointed salmon was dry and burned and barely meat sauce on spaghetti and meatballs they come, they can better put on their execution order

All were great tonight. server was super friendly and prompt. I don't have to ask for my 2nd glass tee. server brings it either without, or asks me if I want a refill) successful! eating was really good, better than normal, and hot! very pleased?

We just moved into the opposite and went to lunch. that was our first time here. we ended up with a naughty waitress with the worst I think I've ever experienced from a server in my life. her co-waitress served us our drinks and was just as unfriendly. they clearly did not want to be there and were so blatantly rude (for literally no reason), it was truly baffling. we did not even get the chance to order food before we decided to go. we have just left money on the table for the ones we ordered so and then brought the manager. the manager seemed really sweet and apologise on and off. She offered to compose the drinks and even offered us a gift card that we all denied. the rest of the staff standing at the front podium while we explained what happened, also seemed really apologetic. when the sharp waitress went before us and saw how we talked to the manager, she literally rolled her eyes (again) before us, how serious?! I couldn't really believe it. I worked food hospital jobs when I was younger to pay for school, and I know how hard they work and how dishonest it can sometimes be, but this behavior was inevitable. I'm not one to ask a manager normally (even if the service and/or eating suck), but I was so insulted by her acting I just had to say something. she literally ruined my day. honestly, the overall staff can be just good (I don't know), but I think they are as weak as their weakest connection, so I wouldn't return. on another note we ended at Chili’s in ankeny after we left here and had the best experience the personal was amazing and eating was delicious. Maybe olive garden should take some notizen, just say.

Celebrated the 50. my mother in the ankeny olive garden! service was great, and the food was delicious!

Our waitress was on a roll and getting things done quickly. The restaurant was fairly packed and the waitstaff was constantly hustling. Be sure to tip them well at this location, because they deserve it!
