Customers express frustration over limited ordering options, especially for those without smartphones. Despite these hiccups, the food consistently delights, with fresh items and quick service being highlights. Employees exhibit strong management and teamwork, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Overall, for a satisfying fast-food meal, Chick-fil-A remains a top choice for many.
I ordered the 3 pieces of chicken strips. I got the 8 pieces nuggets. it seems chick filet makes this meal it is especially diet, between the small size of nuggets and the less than full container of soggy fries a person stands an excellent chance to lose weight.
The team members are friendly and polite. eating is fresh. the management team knows what they do.
Great place to get a fast meal. the personal is friendly and the service is fast as with other Chick-fil-A's.
Always fresh food and stellar customer service! I love it that even if the lines are long, it still moves smoothly when the workers are out and take orders and payments so that everything that is left to get the food in the window. nice job!
Always fantastic food and people.Only putting two stars for this particular location because of the poor business decisions.At the time of writing this review, only drive-thru is available, which is understandable due to construction, however there is no efficient system in place for customers who either can’t fit through the drive thru or don’t have smart phones/use delivery apps.Rather than having someone outside to take orders or simply allowing customers to call/text the store directly to place an order, they force their customers into paying more by using 3rd party delivery services. Ridiculous that we should have to pay additional fees when we are sitting right outside. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to place orders directly with the store, especially when they have already provided a text number for pick up.And to top it off….the order wasn’t correct when “delivered”
