What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I placed an online order for pickup at the Ankeny location on 1/15/2022. Since my order total was over $25, I had to pay in advance. I had no problem ordering at 5:15, and the online estimated that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when I arrived at 5:50, the place was already crowded with a large number of people. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The employees are rude and ignore customers when they come in. I ordered online and when I came to pick up my food after 30 minutes, it still hadn't even been started. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the store. I will never be returning.
Wingstop is fantastic, especially with the new manager, Phil, who is the friendliest manager they have ever had. I highly recommend him and all the staff. The wings are delicious, in fact, they are so good that I am a regular customer. I highly recommend their food.
The management is impolite. Our orders are always incorrect and they do not offer refunds.
Every time I have ordered from here, they have messed it up. One time they forgot half of my twenty count wings and two sauces I ordered. Then when I ordered delivery through the WingStop app, they claimed that they never got the order when I called asking where it was at. They need to get it together because they’ve burned me twice now.
Dude at the counter was so chill, gave me and Leonard free corn with an attitude because they were outta their scrumptious fries.
