The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The employees are rude and ignore customers when they come in. I ordered online and when I came to pick up my food after 30 minutes, it still hadn't even been started. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the store. I will never be returning.
Wingstop is fantastic, especially with the new manager, Phil, who is the friendliest manager they have ever had. I highly recommend him and all the staff. The wings are delicious, in fact, they are so good that I am a regular customer. I highly recommend their food.
The management is impolite. Our orders are always incorrect and they do not offer refunds.
Watched both employees not wear gloves or wash their hands after putting ice in machine, answering phone, touching their face and adjusting their clothing, restocking foam cups then touching my food. At least the guy wore a visor. The girl had no hairnet or hat. I'm almost afraid to eat the food
Food was cold. 3 rd time we have ordered food here with drink to be delivered. 3rd time in a row that they failed to send beverages with order. Called store a very rude manager informed me. Not his problem. If I wanted my drink drive to store and getit. My family will never order from Wing Stop again. If everyone stops buying from Wing Stop maybe they will improve deliveryand attitude
