T... read more This place is dirty, and the staff is uninterested in helping. I got some chicken on Thursday night, and it was all dried out, so I asked for fresher chicken. They told me they were closing in 30 minutes and wouldn't prepare a new batch. They didn't even offer to refund my money. I recommend going to Popeyes instead.

It’... read more I was disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. They only accepted exact change and wouldn't accommodate requests for dark meat, which felt quite unhelpful. It’s not the KFC I remember. Has anyone else experienced such rudeness or been dissatisfied here? After a long wait for a 16-piece bucket meal, I was let down to find the chicken served cold. Now, reflecting on my experience a bit later, I regret to say that what I initially thought was just cold chicken turned out to be stale. They handed me a 16-piece bucket of day-old chicken, and I paid the full price for what I expected to be a hot, freshly fried meal. To make matters worse, they forgot to provide butter, honey, or jelly for the six biscuits I ordered. It's disappointing, especially considering there are no other KFCs nearby.

No matter what time or day you visi... read more I have to give this place credit for consistency—unfortunately, it’s consistently the SLOWEST drive-thru in the entire city. No matter what time or day you visit, expect to wait an extra 20 to 30 minutes just to reach the menu board. The number of cars ahead doesn’t seem to matter either. The back of the restaurant is a mess, with portable refrigerators sitting in the parking lot, which itself is full of cracked pavement, bumps, and potholes. It’s definitely worth driving to the KFC locations on Merle Hay Rd, Clive, or Altoona instead. Visiting this location is simply a waste of time.

The most frustrating part is that they seem aware of their bad reviews, yet they only have one or two staff members working at a time to manage the entire place. As a result, orders are never delivered on time. On top of that, almost every other order I’ve received has missing items. When I brought this up, I was told it wouldn’t be corrected. Despite promises to fix the problem during my last three calls, nothing has changed. When I went there in person, they refused to help me. It feels like we’re just handing over money without getting anything in return.
