Contribute FeedbackRupali Palace has garnered a mixed bag of experiences from diners and takeaway customers alike. While numerous patrons praise the restaurant for its authentic Indian flavors, friendly service, and generous portion sizes, frustrations arise regarding delivery delays and inconsistencies in food quality. Guests enjoy standout dishes like biryani and chicken tikka masala but criticize items like dry chicken pakora and tough meats. Inevitably, service issues have marred the enjoyment for some, leading to disappointment. However, for those who manage to dine in, the warm atmosphere and attentive staff make for a delightful experience, encouraging repeat visits.
We had another amazing dining experience at Rupali Palace. The authentic Indian cuisine was truly exceptional. The biryani was bursting with flavor and spices, and the chicken tikka masala was a standout dish. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I visited this restaurant on a Monday and had the best chicken shashlik I've had in 40 years. The Tandoori Prawns were also excellent. It was refreshing to see a traditional menu and cooking style. The owner and chef were very friendly. They also offer a wide variety of vegetarian options. I highly recommend this charming Indian restaurant.
This is one of the friendliest and most authentic sit-down Indian restaurants you'll find in the UK. The curries are freshly cooked, many made from the chef's own recipes. The Tandoori sizzlers are fantastic. The prices for food and drinks are also reasonable.
This is a gem of a restaurant. Beautifully presented Indian cuisine by very pleasant, helpful staff… thanks for the excellent meal
By a country mile thee worst Indian restaurant I've ever eaten in. In my life myself and my colleague where up working from home and thought it looked OK. Couldn't have been more wrong. Starter veg pakora. I've had better from the supermarket . Samosa was like something from a supermarket. Lamb in the bhuna was OK was soft enough not to bad. The bhuna waw!! What a, disgrace zero flavour 1 cherry tomato in it. Was horrible. Not even as close to being as good as supermarket quality. Chapattis where pre-bought not cooked fresh at all. Again had defo waves of supermarket bought. Save your money go to the shop buy a set Indian meal for 2 and a. Can guarentee you it will be better than this place.
