What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
The absolute worst place in Angleton. Ordered extra cheese and got no cheese. Delivered again and it was still incorrect. Didn’t want them to have to deliver again so we just called and asked to get a refund. The store manager was EXTREMELY disrespectful and as a prior employee I know that there is a list (notation) for customers. You can always count on great customer service and outstanding pizza at this location!
I was very disappointed with my order. First, the manager called me to inform me that my order was being remade because it was burned. Then, the delivery guy called to say that my order was waiting for another delivery going to the same address. When it finally arrived, my food was cold and soggy.
I strongly advise against ordering from this place!!!! I ordered wings and a salad, and it took an hour and a half for the delivery to arrive. To make matters worse, they forgot the salad. I was informed that I would receive credit for the missing item, but instead, I just received an email offering me 50% off a pizza or 60 reward points. This is not what I consider customer service!!!!! Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!
Food was delivered in great time pizza was nice and hot nothing was missing driver was very polite
The drivers are kind especially Lisa and Ethan. The team members inside (Brittany) do amazing making the pizza because it’s always beautiful and looks delicious. much love for this dominos location.
