For one I tell him my name not even close trying to understand how to get the free sandwich and there's so many rules that it just boggled us so we just quit then when we got our food she charged me more than my coupon of $6.99 and the fries were cold the sandwiches were cold it was horrible and my friend and I will never go back to this Arby's again ever View all feedback.

Always have a good experience at this location. No complaints.
