the best sushi of foods, simply because the chef (japanese, not Chinese!) was trained to serve extraordinary sushi, with fresh fish prepared for the occasion. a little more expensive than its Angevin competitors, kawasumi nevertheless feeds significantly more and has the advantage of not proposing the superficial pins.
