A small shop that doesn't pay a mine, but don't trust it. in this place that does not put on the atmosphere since there is only one table to wait or to the rigor to eat on the thumb, you will taste the traditional sushi of a Japanese master implanted in France. The menu is a little expensive if you are good eaters, but the dishes offered are made most often by the minute, so count a good half hour before you can recover your trays to take away. If you want to eat good or excellent traditional sushi, this is the address to have.
The only sushi I ate that had the taste of the iodine. preparation most of the time to the order (fraicheur.) against the opening slots are quite limited.
It's a shame that he's no longer known and that all the dripping chains steal his star. It's just the best Japanese restaurant in the city! We all tested them! ultra fresh products, made on demand. a treat to every bite!
I strongly advise, it's for me the best sushi in the city. held by a Japanese, the restaurant is not open when there is no fish, it is a guarantee of the quality of the ordered products. with all Japanese products, sauces - drinks, it's a pleasure to return.
