Subtle, tasty and delicious homemade broths, incredibly tender meat, noodles directly from Japan, only good ingredients. And one of the rare restaurants to offer very tender takoyaki. Attentive, friendly staff with good advice. If you like Japanese cuisine, go for it with your eyes closed!
