A melting meat with this fat that remains at the end of the mouth, a particular concept to this accompanying meat juice. We really enjoyed the choice of knives. Thanks to the boss for this friendly meal and this moment together after for the digestive offered by the house after a tour of Cognac to almonds that is just perfect at the end of meals.
