A little worrisome first because there is no drink because the server comes to ask you what you want to drink and it will quote you the cocktails of the moment and the juice beers available ect. Crunchy Lard’ty is by far my favorite Burger Boeuf, Lard Rôti, Cheddar, Salade Craquante, Sauce Ernest’inn it’s simple and very good. We'll ask you to cook your steaks. Their kitchen is also very good when you ask blue you have blue and not bleeding! On the photo you can see the Burger of the moment that is not other than a Duck Ross Magret of Duck Fumé, Climb of Foie Gras Snackée Sailed in the county, Chutney of Figues, Chew with a Steak Haché instead of the Magret of Duck Fumé. Ernest’inn sauce is excellent! For me Ernest’inn remains and will remain the best Burger restaurant in Angers!
