The buffalo blue salad and mushrooms are tasty, though the $16 lunch price felt a bit high, but at least the bowl was full. I still enjoy the salad, but the portion size has noticeably decreased. For the same price at a sit-down restaurant, you can get a full plate of salad. I barely started eating, and already half of the salad was gone.

She tried to fix... read more I had a frustrating experience at Zaxby's drive-thru. When I reached the window, I realized my order was wrong, so I informed the woman there. She tried to fix it several times, but the order still ended up incorrect. It seemed like they were annoyed with me over the mistakes. We spent $50 and didn’t receive anything we had actually ordered from the menu. Although the reception was fine, none of our dishes came with any sauce, and while the salad was correct, it arrived without any dressing.

However, I still gave them a 5-star rating because this is an isolated incident! The food is typically fantastic.

I've never had a successful experience at this drive-thru; they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. It’s also frustrating when they close the window while I'm still trying to inquire about my order. I do love the food, but the service definitely needs some work.
