She was exceptionally kind and friendly, even though the r... read more I had a fantastic experience at Subway, thanks in large part to Serena, the employee who assisted me. She was exceptionally kind and friendly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. My order was prepared exactly to my liking, and her customer service was exceptional. I did notice that some of the other staff members behind the counter didn't seem very helpful. As for the food, it was delicious—I particularly enjoyed the new Series subs, especially the Boss!

One employee misinterpreted my husband’s order and had a negative attitude, trying to blame him for the mistake. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.

My visit went smoothly with no issues, but I did notice that prices have gone up; a standard footlong now costs between $10 and $12. They also ask for tips on the card reader, but I don’t plan to leave any. I think tips should generally be included in the price. If they want to earn tips, they should work on being friendlier. The staff wasn’t very welcoming, which is something I’ve also seen at the Subway in Homeland Park.
