Was Anonym at Table 6 a mag?
I discovered this place in a tourist booklet for Anchorage. After dining at a few pricey restaurants in the downtown area, we decided to look for something more affordable, and I'm so glad we did! The excellent parmesan cheese paired with perfectly cooked al dente pasta was fantastic, and it was all under $25! I can't wait to come back. The service was outstanding as well; we only waited 15 minutes on a Friday night.... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Table 6:
Not a bad place. Have been there twice and I wasn't disappointed. I had the cheeseburger the first time which was awesome and the chicken fried steak the second time. The burger was definitely the star of the show. Cooked medium well and not a skimpy portion at all. The chicken fried steak was a quite greasy and could have used a couple minutes in a strainer. The mashed potatoes were good and showed up hot. Vegetable... View all feedback.

The fish and chips are consistently excellent, and they serve the best shoestring fries in the city.

I was impressed, for the most part, with Table 6. It 's a fairly typical bar grill set up with a surprisingly eclectic menu. I had the halibut tacos and they were exceptional: fresh and flavorful with a generous portion. I took a star off because of the old grease smell that some bar and grill restaurants have. That 's picky, I know, but a great restaurant will smell delicious whereas an okay restaurant will just smell okay.

This restaurant serves the BEST chicken wings I've ever tasted! They're incredibly delicious! I'm also a big fan of their salmon dip...
