I honestly don’t know what took me so long to try Indian food! We ordered Butter Garlic Naan bread which were so freaking amazing and also ordered Chicken Vindaloo. My mom and I could not shut up about it because it was just that amazing! Also not pictured but highly recommended is trying their Mango Lassi Indian Masala Iced Tea View all feedback.
What Mark S doesn't like about Bombay Deluxe Indian:
I read the hype. Tried the buffet. Very bland. Tikka Masala is very bland, no spice at all. If you're going to do indian, go all the way, it's what i expect going in. View all feedback.
We went to this place for the first time a few weeks ago and loved the food. So we took my mother in law there yesterday and she also loved their food. Service is awesome and the workers are inviting to great humor and conversation.
A Culinary Journey Through Authentic Indian Flavors I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay in Anchorage, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The decor beautifully reflects Indian culture, making the dining experience even more immersive. The menu offers an impressive variety of authentic Indian dishes, with plenty of options for both vegetarians, seafood and meat lovers. The appertizers which were perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with a flavorful blend of spices. For the 8 main courses all of them rich, aromatic, and bursting with flavor. The garlic Naan was soft and fluffy, a perfect complement to the meal. What truly sets Bombay apart is the balance of flavors in every dish, from the subtle heat in the curries to the fresh herbs and spices that make each bite exciting. The portion sizes are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The service was impeccable attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was happy to make recommendations. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Bombay is the perfect place to indulge in an authentic culinary experience. I highly recommend Bombay for anyone in Anchorage looking for a delicious, authentic Indian meal. We will definitely be back.
They served us worst quality of food. Overly priced for the quantity they served.
