When I raised my voice to clarify my order after it was in... read more I visited the drive-thru to order a Cub meal and was unfortunately met with an unpleasant experience. When I raised my voice to clarify my order after it was incorrectly taken the first time, the manager told me not to yell, which was an exaggeration on her part; I wasn't yelling at all. As we were driving away, she cursed over the microphone, which I found very unprofessional. This incident was quite hurtful, and I’ve decided that I will never return to this restaurant as long as she is working there. It's disappointing to see such a lack of standards in how employees should treat customers, especially since we are the ones providing the revenue that keeps the business running.
