You're bet... read more I periodically try KFC to see if things have improved, unfortunately it hasn't. Everything tastes highly processed and artificial, even the biscuits. You're better served with frozen chicken reheated in an air fryer, deli chicken from Fred Meyeror Popeyes.

I was missing an item and felt like a criminal even asking for it.. wasn?t heard, wasn?t offered a solution? nothing, I offered both parities that accused me ofwanting free food to walk with me to my car to check the bag of food themselves? was dismissed? do better

I mean, EVERY. Single. Time. I won't come here for monthsbecause of it and then I'll try again and without fail something is forgotten and I truly believe it has to be on purpose orsome kind of scam. I can't leave without checking my bag, and if I do I regret it because something is always missing. Not justone thing either, like a whole meal. At this point I want to go here several more times and film myself ordering, gettingreceipt and what I actually end up receiving because it's that bad. even an old employee of there's who happened to beordering there as well told us to make sure to check our bag before leaving.. 9/2022, tried them again today, after 4 months,and same thing as always. Checked our bags before leaving the driveway and noticed our large mashed potatoes and gravy weremissing; thankfully got that but noticed when we got home the side to one of our meals was missing. The absolute WORST KFC inthe state. Never had this issue with any others. Not mention the attitude to the guy taking the order. 10/11, went back againjust for a few things and still things are missing. We were missing a whole order, and got things that weren?t ready and ours.I?ve never experienced such consistent worse service in my life.
