What Eric Silva doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
Paid over $60.00 for food and still missing stuff. They missed half of my daughters happy meal and all the sauce that literally comes with all our meals. I don't understand how food can be missed when they have a list of my order on their screens! Theyshould spend less time upselling their blizzards and spend more time paying attention to the orders. I think this is the first time I've ever given a fast food restuant a review, but I had too much of a great experience to not! I have to say I had the BEST customer service for a fast food restaurant EVER! Shane you are absouloutly fantastic, I have workedin the customer service industry my whole life and it is hard to find that anymore.
