Unfortunately, the Upper James location also has... read more The food here is mediocre to decent. I just wish there was a greater emphasis on cleanliness and friendliness. Unfortunately, the Upper James location also has cleanliness issues; it's unpleasant to have dirt on my shoes after walking to the bathroom. The staff member who assisted me was not friendly at all. At this rate, I can't see this place staying open for long. They always have a tip option available before you even receive service, so I wouldn't bother tipping since they don't seem to appreciate it. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food can be good at times.
