I can understand it happening once or twice, and I don't rush to leave negative feedback, but this makes the fifth time I've experienced this issue. If you’re open until a certain time, you should serve your customers until then. I’ve witnessed others leave as well due to not being able to order what they wanted. So, a word of advice: avoid this place if you plan to arrive within an hour of closing time.

Unfortunately, the Upper James location also has cleanliness issues; it's unpleasant to have dirt on my shoes after walking to the bathroom. The staff member who assisted me was not friendly at all. At this rate, I can't see this place staying open for long. They always have a tip option available before you even receive service, so I wouldn't bother tipping since they don't seem to appreciate it. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food can be good at times.

They say they are open until a certain time but if you arrive with less than an hour to close, 30min prior in my case, they will tell you they only have one or... read more They say they are open until a certain time but if you arrive with less than an hour to close, 30min prior in my case, they will tell you they only have one or two things available. In my case I am vegetarian and they said they could not make anything andthe staff gave attitude when I asked if they could make one of the options. They start closing too early and lost business as aresult. They were happy to see me leave?This has happened multiple times which is why I?m giving 1 star, I can understand onceor twice, and I?m not hasty to leave a bad review, but over 5 times now they start closing with an hour left of time on theclock. If you are open until a certain time then serve your customers until then. I?ve seen other people leave as well for notbeing able to order what they want. NOTE TO ALL: do not go if they close within one hour.

The lady that helped me was notfriendly. I can't see this place lasting very long the way its going. They always have a tip option for whatever reason beforeyou even get service, so don't bother tipping because they don't seem to have gratitude. 2 stars because the food is sometimesgood.
