This restaurant is all about simplicity and consistency. It serves the best Pho Ga in the western United States, if not the best overall. I give it 5 stars across the board. The Ga (chicken) was incredibly delicious, with a Hue-style broth that was clean and slightly sweet. Fans of authentic Hue cuisine would definitely appreciate this hidden gem. Yummmmhhh, i wish we had one of these in Switzerland!! I highly recommend the shaken beef sauteed with deep-fried rice paper rolls
