This restaurant is all about simplicity and consistency. It serves the best Pho Ga in the western United States, if not the best overall. I give it 5 stars across the board. What User doesn't like about Pho Ga Hai Van 2:
I tried the mien ga at this restaurant, and it was just okay. The ginger sauce was a major disappointment for me, as it had a strange taste and a thick consistency that didn't appeal to me. The noodles were cooked to perfection and they even asked how we preferred our dish prepared. The service was attentive and polite - you really can't beat that. You know it's an authentic Hue spot when you see fresh chili and clean broth. I can't wait to try their meat pho next time. Don't walk, run to this fantastic restaurant.
We arrived close to closing time, but the owner Martin and waitress Caitlin were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome to dine without feeling rushed. They treated us as if we had arrived much earlier in the evening. The food was delicious! While some may say that pho in Anaheim is not as good as in Garden Grove, this place will give those restaurants a run for their money. I highly recommend paying them a visit to support this new establishment that serves incredibly tasty pho ga with excellent service.

I may not return for a dish with the sauce, but I would definitely consider trying other items on their menu.
Would not serve water, do not say tassen, but get other drinks in sauces? only 1 bark pho option. weirdos.
Great place for authentic Pho Ga. Really enjoyed my bowl it was comfort food during a cold rainy night.
