Mcdonald's - Amsterdam

As a truck driver, I frequently stop at the travel plazas along I-90, the toll road that runs through New York and into Pennsylvania. Every McDonald's along this route offers great food that is hot, quick, and tasty. However, this particular McDonald's stands out as one of my favorites. The staff here is incredibly friendly and works efficiently to get me back on the road with a smile. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I arrived super early in the morning while on my way from the city. The staff clearly communicated what was great on the menu, so we knew what to expect in terms of wait times. They were very friendly. The food was served hot and well-prepared (not rushed). I only waited about 5 minutes, which wasn't bad at all.

3.5 out of 5 stars, rounding up to 4 stars. The staff was friendly, though it appeared that the restaurant was a bit understaffed. My quarter was juicy and well-prepared, with just the right amount of spices. Additionally, the final presentation of the dish was impressive. However, I deducted one star due to the crushed fries that were spilled before they were fried, which happened near the cash register. It would be wise to ensure cleanliness in that area, as even setting aside the mess until it can be properly cleaned would enhance the overall dining experience.

I've never had such an experience. I've used the rest stop and ordered a diet coke for my man. there were 3 people in the snake and my family waited 15 minutes. the manager stood up with 2 employees, and no one seemed to do anything. I asked the manager about the soda as our only command was. he apologised that the ice machine was broken. my man got a flat warm limo waiting after 15 minutes.

It has done a lot of effort to get the right order that was just a regular ham mcmuffin. they have it at the end, but it took four try. beautiful people, though
