What User doesn't like about Rustic Loft Pub And Grill:
Service is OK, food was OK, but the steak was not seasoned and the prime rib on artisan was bland with no flavor. I asked for some sauce which they charged me an extra 1.50 for and then they also up-charged for butter for my husband's mashed potatoes. This restaurant serves incredible food! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend the chicken and biscuits, Adirondack chicken, corn nuggets, dirty fries, and honestly everything else on the menu! The only downside is that they don’t offer free refills on soda.
