Charging $12 for a half sandwich and a small bowl of soup is absurd, and asking for an extra $4 for a small drink is out of line. Panera really needs to reassess its pricing because the quality of the food does not warrant such high costs.

My Mango Smoothie arrived without a straw, and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup was mostly just broth, with very few noodles, pieces of chicken, or carrots. Even though I was feeling unwell, I tried to appreciate the broth, but I couldn't help but feel there should have been more substance in a $10 bowl of soup. I won't be ordering this dish again.

My Mediterranean Bowl was also just rice and quinoa! There was almost nothing else in it. I order these items all the time and Im not sure what was going on?

However, when I went for dinner on a Tuesday night, which wasn't a peak busy time, the person at the counter seemed quite bothered. We chose to dine in and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food. The beeper never went off, so we approached the counter and found our food had been sitting there. The soup and Mac and cheese were only lukewarm. It appeared that the workers were struggling, and we didn't spot a manager anywhere.
