I ordered a chai tea “we can’t do this, we just have chai latte” . ok I then ordered a hot chocolate “the machine is broken” . I then only got one juice I really didn’t want, and I don’t drink a coffee. I paid everything together and I had my abi and donut while my friend was given nothing. “Oh yes, it comes. the official is over there if they want it.” I wanted it, but empty! my friend and two others waited for coffee, only coffee and it took forever. the manager finally asked what they were waiting for, and then screamed to the staff to get it. I guess it was among her to help and the parking lot? so terrible! all parked cars picked up two spots. a blue car, thought it was probably the title manager, was parked horizontally over two rooms. we had to wait until the lane moved so that we could get them around to park back. the only reason we went to dd was that panera could not make a coffee due to a nearby water main break. this dd was so insane that no one seemed to know how to do their jobs. the first and last time for both of us.
