The salad was very healthy and delicious. Just what I wanted.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel location is good as it was central. The room was spacious and well laid out with a twin wash basin in the toilet. The complimentary drinks in the minibar is great and a nice touch. Breakfast was generous and a good selection that included fresh honeycomb.

The staff were so friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive being able to message them on WhatsApp made everything feel super easy and seamless. When one of the lights in our room stopped working, the team sorted it out immediately, which really sums up how on it they were throughout our stay. The on demand shuttle to the gondolas was also a huge plus. The spa is beautiful, and we especially loved the view from the hot tub. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great local options each morning.
