Hire staff who are competent in their roles and who don't dismiss customers' concerns.

I visited the restaurant and ordered two sandwiches. When it was time to pay, I discovered they couldn't provide change for a $100 bill, which was all I had with me. The staff member suggested that I go to a gas station to get change, but I didn’t have time for that since I needed to pick up my daughter. I can't understand how a restaurant doesn't have change available for a $100 bill. I found the service to be quite poor and I won't be returning.

I order from here every so often, but during my last few visits, I've had an issue with my footlong #6. It seems like the staff is getting confused and keeps giving me a 6-inch sub instead of the footlong. I think it might be due to the menu number. I usually don't leave reviews, but this situation has become frustrating.

Wesley helped us at the front and was extremely unprofessional. Rude and very short. Was throwing food around and the lids of the containers. Extremely unacceptable especially in a customer service job. Felt embarrassed for the other girls working with him. He made this place look bad. Been coming here for over a year and this was the first time being treated like this. Very disappointed

I went in at 9:30pm there was nobody in the store yet all the tables had lettuce on them. There were flys everywhere. And that’s not even the food. We got 3 toasted sandwiches, none of the cheese was melted and it was still cold on all 3 “toasted” sandwiches the bread didn’t even have the crunch of having been toasted. The tomato tasted bad and left me feeling ill. The lack of meat was horrible and the veggies were soggy and the sauce was flavorless. The next day it was even worse, the veggies had basically liquidated. When trying to check out I had a coupon to get 3 foot longs for $17.99 and we got 2 small fountain drinks. It should have been $25 roughly. She rung us up and said the total was $45! Upon me correcting her she was just like oh well it’s not working and applied her staff discount which made it $35 and said that’s the best I can do. I said but that’s still significantly more. She goes and gets her coworker who put in the coupon with no problem. Come to find out it was the fact I got a Mexicali sub. When I initially asked if it was the Mexicali wrap or if it meant the sub the girl said just the Mexicali wrap the sub would be fine. Wrong. And the girl who made the subs was really quiet and angry when we had to ask her to repeat. Bad sandwiches, making me fight for my coupon that wasn’t expired after being told it would be fine, dirty tables and flies. I’m not coming back.Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options but the veggies are soggy.Parking: Shared parking with several businesses
