Today was different since we ordered orange chicken and they informed us that it would be a wait because they were out. My family agreedand we waited almost 20 min just for one order of orange chicken to be missing. I walked inside and I when I spoke to theattitude behind the counter she informed me that I could wait or pick something else. Since I had already waited almost 20specifically for orange chicken I wasn?t going to wait any longer. I specifically said they should compensate somethingconsidering I already waited for the orange chicken to be done and they messed up. The employee was extremely rude about thingsand should probably find a job that?s not in customer service. It?s clear she has to much attitude and is to entitled to work acustomer service job.

I am a frequent customer at the other Idaho falls location. At least once a week. I tried this location about two weeks ago the meat which I always order was so gross literally tasted like sweaty dirty socks. (Literally made me gag afterputting it on my mouth) I?m not sure what happen to it that day. Then today since I work close I decided to give it another try.Let me just say never again. The food tasted fine but now I am sick and nauseous. I felt completely fine before consuming thisfood. This location should be shut down putting a horrible name out there for Panda Express!

Typically, the service is quick, and the food is hot and delicious. However, the last two times I visited around 7 PM or later, the rice was poorly prepared—both undercooked and overcooked—and the chicken was also not enjoyable. It was so bad that I ended up throwing it away both times. Perhaps the night shift isn't as attentive?

However, it took way too long for my food to be ready - a total of 34 minutes! There were two employees packing food into containers, one sweeping, and five or six others just hanging around a table. Also, what's up with the awkward drive-thru? It's quite difficult to navigate with a large SUV or truck. I’m confused as to why curbside pickup doesn’t work at this location. Why do I have to park and go inside to get my order instead of just checking in at curbside spots one or two? As for the food, it was disappointing. This was my third visit to Panda Express, and each time the food has been dry and just mediocre at best. I also requested napkins and utensils but received neither. Plus, the way the bag is tied and taped makes it impossible to check if everything is there conveniently while at the drive-thru window.

Wh... read more The online ordering process was quick and simple. Despite placing a large order, we only had to wait a little under 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When our food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. That extra 5-minute wait was definitely worth it!
