Mod Pizza - Ammon

If you go wrong with a build your own pizza, that's in you! Their new spicy sauce is really good! I dropped them a star because the tables don't get cleaned as they should between customers, and it wasn't busy when I was there. Even so, staff is super friendly, the pizza is delicious, and that balsamic glaze is a finish is the bomb.

We have been to a couple of MOD pizzas and one thing they have in common is letting the pizza dough dry out. It definitely is reflected in the taste. A competitor in town always checks the dough for freshness before using. One big plus for MOD, anchovies. I like them on my meat pizzas and the local competition does not offer them. That said between the two MOD is my second Choi e because of the dried out dough.

I like the pizza here. I like the create your own pizza style. The ordering on line process is smooth and easy. Then I like the ease of just going in and grabbing my pizza off the shelf. The ingredients on the pizza are always fresh and taste great.

Descent pizza, build your own. Fairly quick service, great location and friendly. Manager needs to emphasize with employees the need for regular cleaning of doors, tables, floors, parking lot etc so customers are greeted with a more positive environment. Impressions start when you pull up to the building.

We love Mod and go often. We love that they even have a gluten free and dairy free option for one member of our group. Price is great, employees have always impressed us with the great customer service, cleanliness and efficiency?..until tonight. There was an employee who did not have her hair restrained at all and proceeded to shake her hair constantly while preparing the pizza. Her hair additionally completely covered her glasses so she couldn?t see and she apparently liked it that way because she kept shaking it to stay over her glasses. We nearly left but another person stepped in and prepared our pizza while she was getting more dough. Please provide more training about use of hairnet or headband.
