We got two pizza. One had a white sauce and pesto base with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, garlic, salami, chicken, and bacon. The other one was a meat lover style pizza. The pizzas were good. When you first arrive, you get in line and choose allthe toppings you want on your pizza. The process can be slow, but they cook the pizza pretty quickly.
Descent pizza, build your own. Fairly quick service, great location and friendly. Manager needs to emphasize with employees the need for regular cleaning of doors, tables, floors, parking lot etc so customers are greeted with a more positive environment.Impressions start when you pull up to the building.
I had an awful experience with the service. I chose to dine in tonight, but when I arrived, the line was extremely long and barely moving, even though they were still preparing pizzas in the kitchen. I waited for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, and after 15 and 20 minutes, the line was still stagnant. At that point, people at the front started voicing their frustration about the long wait without even having their orders taken. There was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, I and several others in line decided to leave and find another place to eat.
The pizza I had was cooked to perfection, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The decor of the place also creates a very cozy atmosphere.
I visited this restaurant for a quick birthday dinner, but we ended up waiting nearly an hour for our pizza. The "mega" pizza was only 11 inches, which left five hungry kids feeling hyper and hangry. Not great for a place that advertises itself as fast. I understand they’re experiencing staff shortages, but with any more people in their small kitchen, it would be impossible for them to move around.
