6:44 o'clock. the Jamaican morning lady was very rude for me and another customer from no reason. she really needs to learn how to talk and treat with customers or give up her job if she hates to work here. View all feedback.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I placed an online order with the app when I got the store they told me my order was stolen and laughed at me. They didn’t want to help me what so ever. Never ordering from this location.
Whatever kid they have making food has to be braindead got my order wrong several times it’s like he’s just back their making stuff w no regard of what people actually ordered
It is like the worst Dunkin Donuts on Long Island. The guy who works there was doing ice cream tasting with one of the customer meanwhile over 10 people on line. Shame!
Just went in and bought 2 lattes. I took a sip and it was warm not hot. I ask the young man if he could please heat it up so that is hot and not warm. He gave me an attitude and rolled his eye at me. At this point I was not going to Spend my money in there.. Ask for a refund and left. He need a lesson in custody service.
I love this place that she is the best pumpkin coffee!
