I ordered a salad which came with wilted lettuce and yellow tomatoes. One employee did not know how to cut up the meat. Actually asked a coworker before asking me and seemed astonished that I would say to use a knife. Employees spentmore time talking about their personal lives than preparing our food which slowed down the process considerably. I asked forcookies THREE different times and never received them but was charged for them. Never going back. Also the entire store smeltlike sewage.

Every single order I've placed has been messed up. It's hard to believe they managed to hire so many incompetent employees at one location.

It raises some concerns about cleanliness, as it appears they may be transferring germs from the floor, tables, or cleaning equipment. Additionally, they wear the same gloves throughout the day.
