This was a great find! A little tough to find but we did and I'm very glad! We both had ribeye steak and it was deliciously perfect!
For as many years as I've lived in Ames I never had tried this place. They had several items on the menu that looked delicious. I got the gyro sandwich, and I'm normally picky about these because I grew up with a family friend who made the best ones butthis one was also delicious and I shamefully destroyed my whole plate! ????
Friendly, attentive staff along with generous portions made for a nice dinner. Food was fresh, hot and appealing. Lived in Ames over 10 years, this was our first time to Flame and Skewer. Decent place to get a nice sandwich, fries (and some apps. Deepfried mushrooms sweet potato fries very good!
Excellent food and service!! The atmosphere was very pleasant. The owner checked on us and made sure we were taken care of! Our Server went above and beyond the call of duty and really took care of all our needs!! Thank you for a great dinnerexperience!
