Unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. After placing my order, I waited for 10 minutes and then asked about my drink. The employee was noticeably impatient and responded with an unnecessarily sassy attitude. When I politely approached her to see if I needed to pick up my drink myself, she brusquely let me know she hadn’t gotten to it yet, all while gesturing to her long list in a condescending manner. I wasn't trying to rush her; I just wanted to clarify whether I should wait or go to the counter. If she had calmly explained the situation, I wouldn’t have felt compelled to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, this interaction has left a bad impression on me, and I’m hesitant to return. Having worked as a barista, I understand the pressures of the job, but it’s crucial to treat customers with kindness, even during busy times. I’m glad I decided not to leave her a tip.

However, when I inquired about a cinnamon honey latte, the staff member told me they didn't have it, even though it was the first item listed on the menu (Miel). Additionally, it's rather uncommon for a coffee shop to not have whole milk available.

Even if you do manage... read more This place has around a dozen WiFi networks with names such as "Cafe Milo Guest," making it quite challenging to connect to the right one. Even if you do manage to connect, the signal is usually unreliable at best. The drinks are consistently good, but today I took a chance and ordered a scotcharoo that tasted like it was several days old. I suggest ordering your food to-go and finding a different spot to study.

Accord... read more Cafe Milo is seriously my favorite cafe I’ve ever visited! The woman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. According to the receipt, her name is Jasmina—I really hope that’s correct because she deserves a raise! The breakfast bagel is delicious, the herb cream cheese is even better, and the snickerdoodle mocha was life-changing. I highly recommend this place; it’s definitely going to be my new favorite spot!

Stuffed chairs and couches by the fireplace, or tables and chairs surrounded by abundant power outlets. A personal favorite since the week I moved here.
