Ruby Tuesday - Feedback

What Dora G doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
The bartender Tess always tend to have the worst attitude whenever she’s working the bar and servicing others. She talks trash about the customers to other customers and will say she doesn’t want to be here. She will not acknowledge those who are sitting at the bar until she feels like it. My wife were there Saturday after noon . The server was waiting on 17 adults , he was struggling with them because of their arrogance. They ran him for nothing. Stayed there over3 hours . And only gave a 17 dollar tip . I questioned management. I was told a required percentage tip is not allowed by Ruby Tuesday. .
